MDC offers a range of dance classes and courses in the city centre for adults, teenagers, kids and childrens classes. Classes range from a beginners level , intermediate and professional level.

With a selection from your classical styles of dance including ballet, tap to jazz, modern. There's your more urban styles of dancing like street dance, hip hop to break dance, locking and popping. Or your modern contemporary .

If you fancy yourself as the next Ditta Von Tease there are the burlesque courses or you could go for a more toned pole dancing course. If you are more into your latin styles why not try the salsa dance, flamenco. There's also ballroom dances like tango, waltz, foxtrot samba.

We also run a range of martial arts classes like kung fu, tai chi, capoeira.
